Students learn how to constructively manage the employee relations of any size corporation. The program provides comprehensive coverage and integration of business skills, along with those skills necessary to function in a human resources capacity, including leadership, labour relations, occupational health & safety, and organizational behaviour. Students are also given a heathly intro to financial accounting to understand payroll procedures.
