How to Apply

We have streamlined the application process to make it as easy as possible for you to take the next step towards your future.

Step 1: Application

Email, Fax, or Mail: Print the PDF Application form, fill it out, then submit by:

      • Scanning and emailing to Admissions;
      • Faxing toll-free to 1.866.559.0131; or
      • Mailing to the attention of Admissions at:

Step 2: Acceptance

One of our staff will review your application with you over the phone to make sure no information is missing. You may also need to submit supporting documents as outlined below.

Step 3: Documentation

No application can be processed without the proper documentation. Acceptance into programs offered by the Centre for Distance Education is facilitated by providing appropriate information prior to enrollment.

After we receive your application, you will be asked to email, fax or mail copies of your documents. CD-ED will then assess qualifications and administer efficient policies and procedures.

You can fax your documents toll-free to 1.866.559.0131. To send them by email, just scan your documents and email the scanned images to info@cd-ed.com.

If you choose to mail your documentation, please send it to the attention of Admissions at the address above.
