Admission to a Diploma Program requires high school completion or the equivalent. Please see below for Diploma Program equivalency information.
Also available is a Non-Diploma status for students who do not meet with the Diploma Program requirements. Please see below for Non-Diploma Program information. ![]()
A diploma program is a full 52-week academic program. It includes a variety of core and specialty subjects to give you a well-rounded diploma. If you wish to only take a certain subject from one of our diploma programs, please call one of our representatives. When you complete one of these modules, you will receive a Certificate of Completion for that subject.

Mature Student Status
Students who do not meet the listed academic prerequisites for their program of choice may be considered on an individual basis provided the following requirements are met:

For students who may not meet the requirements for Diploma status (too young, not out of school long enough for mature student status, etc.), all Programs and Courses offered by CD-ED may be taken on a Non-Diploma basis.
Non-Diploma students take the same courses and are provided with the same equipment and software as Diploma students. The only difference is that at the end of the Program or Course, the student will receive an official Certificate of Completion instead of a Diploma. Just check the Non-Diploma box on the application. Please note that Non-Diploma students may experience difficulty in obtaining a government student loan, and should look into alternate forms of payment. Please phone our office for details. | |||
